Every time I try to cook something and decide to share the story of Instagram, I get dozens of messages from friends and readers who ask me to share recipes. One of my favorite photos was really fresh mangal salsa.
Every day I go to the cooks when I'm home – and my cooking is pretty easy. For me, it's all about ingredients and how can I maximize my taste … I'll also take some inspiration from my paths and adjust the recipes to suit my taste (and what I find in my local supermarket).
One of my favorite grill attachments is fresh Mango Salsa. I have found my delights in Mexico and also in San Diego and are a friend of friends and family when they come to Maison O'Reilly.
WARNING: These photos were actually taken by myself when I cooked. Some dirty hands were involved, and the focus was on making mango salsa in time. I'll try to replace the photos with something more artistic, but you see the version of real life.
Mango Salsa Recipe
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Very easy
Calories per dose: 84
Mango Salsa Recipe Ingredients
(served 4 as an attachment)
3 ripe mango (about 450 g without skin or stone) – cut into small cubes
1 red onion (about 120 g) – cut into small cubes
1 red pepper (about 120 g) – cut into small cubes
Juice of 1 lime (or 2!)
1 chili pepper (or any hot pepper, such as jalapeño) – fried and finely chopped
Coriander (coriander) – at least 5 springs – finely chopped
Pinch of sel sel (or salt that you prefer)
Mango Salsa Method
It is very difficult … literally to chop everything into small pieces and mix it. Add salt and lime juice (sometimes add the second lime) and flavor.
I recommend giving her a few hours ago in the refrigerator and mixing it several times. Eat in the day (but it will hold for a few more days).
