Join Damiano Usala and his cooking team in Cagliari for a hands-on culurgiones lesson. You will mix Sardinian durum-wheat dough, prepare a potato, cheese, and mint filling, seal the dumplings, then eat them with local appetizers, wine, and mirto.

Meet Irene and her family at a farmhouse near Alghero for a three-hour, hands-on Sardinian pasta class. You will shape several kinds of pasta, enjoy local cured meats, cheeses, wine, and a pasta-based lunch. Groups are limited to 10, and transport is not included.
